Important Notice
All purchases are for digital virtual goods. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
All purchases made through the Skyline Stories RP store are for virtual goods and services. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once items have been delivered to your account. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: Items were not delivered due to a technical error on our end
- Duplicate Purchases: Accidental duplicate charges for the same item
- Unauthorized Transactions: Purchases made without your authorization (with proof)
- Significant Service Issues: Extended server downtime preventing use of purchased items
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items have been used or consumed in-game
- Account banned or suspended for rule violations
- Dissatisfaction with item appearance or functionality (as described)
- Inability to access the server due to your own technical issues
- Leaving the server or no longer playing
- Subscription time already used
4. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription services (VIP, Battle Pass):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period
- You retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time
- To cancel, visit your Tebex account or contact support
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Join our Discord server at discord.gg/skylinerp
- Open a support ticket in the appropriate channel
- Provide your transaction ID (from your email receipt)
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots or evidence
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
6. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed through Tebex to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- Any items received from the purchase will be removed from your account
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is considered fraud and will result in:
- Immediate and permanent ban from all Skyline Stories RP services
- Removal of all purchased items
- Potential legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
8. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have certain rights under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered and accessed, or to services that have been fully performed. By making a purchase and accessing digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
