1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Skyline Stories RP store ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Skyline Stories RP provides virtual goods and services for use within our FiveM roleplay server. All purchases are digital items that have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred for real currency except as required by applicable law.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on this Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Virtual Goods
All items purchased through our store are virtual goods for use within Skyline Stories RP. You acknowledge that:
- Virtual goods have no real-world value
- Virtual goods cannot be transferred to other users unless explicitly allowed
- Virtual goods may be modified, removed, or discontinued at any time
- Your access to virtual goods is contingent on your account being in good standing
- Violation of server rules may result in loss of access to purchased items
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Tebex (Analyse Ltd). By making a purchase, you also agree to Tebex's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription services (VIP, Battle Pass) are billed on a recurring basis:
- Subscriptions last for 30 days from the date of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Tebex account
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service and any purchased items if you violate these Terms of Service or our server rules. In cases of severe violations (cheating, harassment, etc.), termination may occur without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Skyline Stories RP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. GTA V and FiveM are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyline Stories RP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
