Treat all community members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of hate speech will result in immediate punishment. This applies to all platforms including Discord, in-game, and forums.

Player interactions, scenes, and information which originate within roleplay must remain within roleplay. You are not permitted to take any of this outside of character with intent to maliciously use it against another person.

Interacting with others through speech and behavior tied to discrimination is strictly prohibited. We are all human beings with different views, beliefs, opinions, and origins - respect that.

Your intentions should be to pursue memorable and enjoyable interactions. Engaging in acts intended to cause harm, malice, and disturbance towards others is prohibited.

English is the primary language of the server. All public communication must be in English to ensure staff can moderate effectively. Private conversations may be in any language.

Throughout your time on Skyline servers, you are expected to approach any interaction with roleplay-centered terminology and behavior. Play with the traits and story of your character.

It is essential to value your life as realistically you only have one. If individuals have weapons pointed at you, comply unless you have the ability to defend yourself with firearms already drawn.

When your character has been downed or severely injured, you are expected to act accordingly. Sound injured, roleplay the pain - it builds immersion for everyone.

If you respawn at the hospital, the interaction which led to your death is forgotten and void. Anything learned from that interaction cannot be used in future roleplay.

You are prohibited from re-engaging in an active interaction after being downed. Furthermore, engaging in combat for 30 minutes after receiving medical care is not permitted.

The knowledge and traits of your characters must remain separate. Avoid blending information, resources, and storylines between characters.

This is a roleplay server - you are expected to prioritize interactive roleplay with other community members. Characters should have unique personalities and traits.

Initiating or carrying out hostile interactions against another player without reason or proper initiation is prohibited. Interaction is vital before taking hostile actions.

Intentionally attacking or harming others through the use of your vehicle is not allowed. Vehicles are for transportation, not weapons. Ramming at high speeds is included.

Disconnecting from the server during an active scene or shortly after is not allowed. If you crash, return immediately or notify staff. For law enforcement interactions, turn yourself in when you reconnect.

Going out of your way to grab another player's body with malicious intentions to relocate or dump it is not allowed. After downing someone, your priority should be to flee the area.

Interactions and scenes you have nothing to do with should be left alone unless you have valid reason to initiate. Maliciously interfering with others' roleplay is not permitted.

Robbing individuals requires proper initiation and reasoning. The interaction should be mutual, giving the other party a chance to stay involved. Vacate the area after without harming victims unless provoked.

Hostages are taken for leverage. They must be uninvolved parties, cannot be harmed unless they refuse to comply, cannot be robbed, and cannot be held beyond 45 minutes.

After completing a heist, you cannot initiate or participate in another for 1 hour. Individual heists have their own cooldowns.

Camping specific locations with intent to rob is not permitted. Taking advantage of choke points is low effort. You cannot camp heist locations to prevent others from participating.

Non-crew players may roam in groups of up to 6. This applies to heists and any interaction involving law enforcement. Crews have separate limits defined in crew guidelines.

Avoid conduct with the sole intention of maliciously interfering with law enforcement. They should be feared as they can make your criminal life difficult.

Initiating scenes solely to rob law enforcement or government employees is prohibited. Most government equipment is unobtainable. You may only recover your own items taken within 1 hour.

EMS are essential support characters. You cannot suggest EMS 'clock out' to use local mechanics. Violence against EMS is only permitted if they refuse to comply at gunpoint - as a last resort.

Abusing features or powers given to you as a government employee is not permitted. This includes distribution of equipment, leaking confidential information, or using documents inappropriately.

You may only represent government agencies if you are an employee or have staff approval. Pretending to be government or wearing their clothing is prohibited.

Using information obtained outside of roleplay within RP is not allowed. Your character is bound by information learned from its own interactions, not streams, Discord, or other sources.

You cannot engage in roleplay that doesn't match your character's traits, or abuse features to force roleplay into your image when it makes no sense.

Intentionally taking advantage of bugs or unintended features is not permitted. Report exploits to staff immediately. Using macros, auto-clickers, or automation tools is also prohibited.

Using injectors, modification clients, trainers, ESP, aimbot, or any external software impacting gameplay is strictly prohibited.

Using altered assets like texture packs, transparent oceans, tracers, high brightness effects, or any adjustment providing clear advantage is prohibited.

Exchanging in-game currency or items for real money or goods outside of roleplay is strictly prohibited. Both buyer and seller are equally guilty.

Any action to avoid or bypass a ban is prohibited. To resolve a ban, submit an appeal and wait for a response.

In-character scamming is allowed but must involve quality RP. You cannot target new players, force bank withdrawals, or immediately drive off without counterplay opportunity.

Safe zones are neutral grounds where hostile, criminal, or business interactions are not permitted. You may pursue someone into a safe zone only if they ran there during an active interaction.

When the 20-minute restart warning appears, all interactions should be concluded appropriately. Initiation of hostile, violent, or criminal interactions beyond this point is not allowed.

After a restart, you cannot initiate hostile, violent, or criminal interactions for the first 20 minutes. This includes selling illegal contraband.

While not explicitly forbidden in private with consenting adults, it is strongly discouraged as you don't know who is on the other side. Public sexual RP is prohibited. Non-consensual sexual RP is never allowed.

Roleplay involving self-harm or suicidal acts should be avoided regardless of consent. This topic can affect people differently and should be avoided entirely.

Extended torture or extreme violence requires OOC consent from all parties. Even with consent, keep it reasonable.

No references to real-world tragedies, terrorism, mass shootings, or controversial political events.

Staff decisions are final. If you disagree, appeal through proper channels on Discord. Do not argue with staff in-game or public channels.

Attempting to impersonate a staff member is strictly prohibited due to their influence and abilities.

Do not attempt to enforce rules within character. By correcting others or calling them out, you impact their experience. Report violations to staff if necessary.

Targeting others through reports in retaliation is not allowed. Reports are for severe impacts to your experience, not to get others in trouble. For minor issues, resolve in RP.

Reports must be filed within 24 hours of the incident. Provide video evidence when possible. Be patient while staff reviews.
